Miami's Botaniko Weston Shows Rising Sales

Botaniko Weston, a master planned, single family home community to be built in Weston in over 10 years is showing strong sales in 2017. the project is being developed by Terra Group under the design vision of acclaimed architects Chad Oppenheim and Roney Mateu with a variety of modern residences that feature interior design by V. Starr, the design firm led by tennis star Venus Williams. 

Over 80% of the homes in Botaniko feature lakefront views and feature modern, angular designs. The project is situated on a 121 acre site that was formerly the Bonaventure Country Club golf course in Weston.

The five- to seven-bedroom luxury homes range from 6,500 to 9,700 square feet and are priced from $1.5 million to $3 million.

There is no competition or comparison. Weston really does not have pre-construction projects and there is no more land to build new projects. This was the last area with residential zoning permits.
