The market for luxury ventures linked to established brands is growing in Miami. The highlight of the season has been the condominium signed by the Italian brand Fendi, in partnership with the contractor Château Group. Just a short walk from Bal Harbor on trendy Collins Avenue, the residents of Fendi Château Residences can enjoy the splendid view of the Atlantic Ocean and exclusive treatment 24 hours a day.
Among the attractions owners will find a spa with indoor thermal pool, two pools surrounded by tropical gardens with beds for relaxation and aromatherapy and a lounge with gourmet kitchen.
There is also a private restaurant for its residents and their guests, a library, a business center, a fitness center and even a movie theater.
The style of the Italian label is printed on the decoration. The sophisticated apartments feature Italian marble in the bathrooms, Fendi Casa cabinets and Gaggenau brand appliances in the kitchen.
The units of the building, which has 12 floors with 58 residences, range from 2,700 m² up to 6,000 m². All have double-height ceilings and balconies overlooking the sea. The concept was thought to meet the demands of international and affluent customers in the smallest details.
To purchase one of the luxury apartments being marketed by BRG International, it is necessary to invest between $ 5 million and $ 20 million.
